I use this bank for my mortgage and their rates are competitive, the closing costs are reasonable and they are easy to deal with. Fred is a friendly and easy to deal with mortgage officer and the people who do all the paperwork are just as accomodating. You aren't just a number to them. they want to earn your business and they don't go out and sell your loan on the open market 5 minutes after you've signed the deal.

This small town bank gives you one-on-one customer service. You can go inside or through the drive through to complete your transactions. Some of the same tellers are still working there year after year. Great customer service. Their loan department has very competitive rates. Their loan officer is always available to answer any questions, and will work with you to get the best rates possible.
